Because we ship directly from our partners in these countries, your item may take 7-35 business days to arrive depending on the time of year. Please do not panic if it does not show up immediately, it's on its way!

CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER?

Yes. Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of order placement. Send us an email within 24 hours and let us know the reason why you wish to cancel your order. All refunds will be processed within 24-48 hours.
